ATC WA Project to Install 63" and 57" Radial OTR Tire Systems
Chino, California (PRWEB) March 1, 2009 -- American Tire Corporation (ATC) has completed the test for the 3rd generation 63" and 57" radial OTR tire production systems. Around 10 sets of such systems are planned to be installed in its Washington manufacturing facility (the "ATC WA Project") during the year of 2009.
ATC's radial giant OTR tire systems were developed 20 months ago. After continuing revolution in technology and design, as well as mechanical improvements, the 3rd generation giant tire production systems have reached ATC WA Project's requirements, i.e., fully automatic, zero pollution, lower energy and water demand, and less operators, etc.
At the Manufacturers Panel of the OTR Tire Conference 2009 held in San Antonio, Texas on February 21, 2009, Dr. Abraham Hengyucius, ATC President, introduced ATC WA Project. He, at the Panel, announced the test completion of the 3rd generation radial giant OTR tire production systems. It was emphasized that the ATC WA Project would be 100% green manufacturing facility - no air pollutions, no waste industrial water, no waste industrial materials, no diesel or coal consumptions, in addition to more than 20% green areas. Around 10 sets of the 3rd generation 63" and 57" radial OTR tire production systems, which will enable ATC to annually produce more than 10,000 units of all sizes of 63" and 57" radial OTR tires, are planned to be installed this year.
As a government-supported OTR tire manufacturer with operations in different US states and other countries, ATC WA Project is designed to produce 50,000 units of high-TKPH 63" and 57" all steel radial OTR tires per year. For more information, please check the website www.americantire.us.
